Founded in 2013 by Karan Jain & Kishore Chandak, the brand began with a simple idea: make everyday fashion smarter, sharper and more accessible to every Indian man.
What started as a small vision quickly grew into a movement — a belief that fashion should be more than something you wear. It should be something you feel. Something that lets you show up as your truest, most confident self, every single day.
The People Behind the Brand

A shared love for fabric, fashion and fearless style — turned from a college friendship into a brand that dresses modern India.
Karan grew up surrounded by textiles — his family’s deep roots in the fabric trade gave him an instinct for quality and an eye for what feels right on the body. He always knew he wanted to build something of his own from that knowledge.
At college, where he first met Kishore, he channelled that passion into a conviction: Indian men deserve clothes that are thoughtfully designed, properly fitted, and priced honestly. That conviction became Blu Mnky.
Today, Karan leads the creative direction of every drop — from initial fabric sourcing and sketches, to the final cut that lands in your wardrobe.
Kishore comes from a family with a long history in the textile industry — premium fabrics, international sourcing, an obsession with quality that you can feel at first touch. That heritage is woven into every garment Blu Mnky produces.
After completing his management education at SPJIMR, he reconnected with his old college friend Karan and they decided it was finally time to build something together — a brand that would give the modern Indian man a label that truly understood him.
Kishore drives operations and strategy at Blu Mnky, ensuring every garment meets the standard both founders set out to uphold from day one.
