Blue Monkey Return Policy – Men’s Clothing

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Request a Return – Contact our support team at info@bluemonkey.co.in within 10 days of delivery.
Return Approval – Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item and send it back as per the given details.
Inspection, store credit & Refund – After inspection, a refund will be processed within 7 business days for pre paid orders and store credit for COD orders.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only for Pre Paid orders.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds are not applicable; a store credit will be provided in such cases.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
