Most orders reach you in 3–5 days anywhere in India. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad usually get it in 2–3 days. Remote pin codes may take up to 7 days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships — so you always know exactly where it is.

The moment you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation on your email and WhatsApp. Once it ships (usually within 24 hours), you'll get another message with your tracking link. If you don't receive either within 2 hours, check your spam folder or write to us at support@bluemonkey.in.

Our clothes are slim-fit and true to size for most Indian body types. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up. Still unsure? We offer a 7-day hassle-free size exchange on all orders — just initiate it through our Returns Centre. During sales or offers, we accept size-only exchanges (no refunds on sale items, but we'll make sure you get the right fit). Note: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

It's simple — go to bluemonkey.in/apps/return_prime and raise your request in under 2 minutes. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags intact, hand it to our courier partner when they arrive, and you're done. For prepaid orders, refunds go straight back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. For COD orders, you'll receive store credit on your email and WhatsApp — valid forever, no expiry.

Prepaid orders: Once your return reaches our warehouse and clears quality check, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days to the same payment method.

COD orders: You'll receive store credit (valid forever) on your registered email and WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours of QC clearance.

We're sorry if that happened — it shouldn't. Please WhatsApp or email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll immediately arrange a replacement or full refund, no questions asked. Just make sure not to wash or alter the item before reaching out.

For items bought at a discount: if you return the item, the discount amount is adjusted and you'll receive store credit for the balance (not a cash refund). For example, if you used a ₹200 coupon, the store credit will reflect the adjusted amount. We recommend using store credit on your next order — it never expires!

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

Once your returned item reaches us and clears quality check, your exchange order is dispatched within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a new tracking link on your email and WhatsApp.

Yes — but act fast! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it's dispatched from our warehouse. After 24 hours or once dispatched, cancellation isn't possible — but you can still return it after delivery within 7 days. To cancel, WhatsApp us or email blumnky.support@gmail.com with your order number.

We accept all major payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) at selected pin codes. Pro tip: Pay online and save an extra 5% — applied automatically at checkout.

Yes, COD is available at most pin codes across India. Just a heads up — prepaid orders get 5% extra off and faster dispatch priority. COD returns are refunded as store credit (valid forever). If you'd like to confirm COD availability for your pin code, just enter it at checkout.

Don't worry — failed payments are not deducted. Try again with a different payment method or UPI app. If the amount was deducted but the order wasn't confirmed, email us at blumnky.support@gmail.com with your transaction screenshot and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
