How do return work in offer?

Exchange policy will only be valid on size exchange during offer or any sale.

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available for all orders on all serviceable pin codes.

How do I return a product?

Return and exchange can be done through our one link on return centre.

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal
it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back
in our warehouse, we shall refund to the prepaid orders and store credit for
cod orders. In case of Exchange, the exchange product will be dispatched once
the product received back in original condition.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The order will be delivered in 2-7 working days based on pin code, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at info@bluemonkey.co.in

How would I know if my order is placed?

You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you
once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

Are there any shipping charges on delivery?

What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you
receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of
delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged /
defective product on info@bluemonkey.co.in In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

You can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it. The product

How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank. Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full
amount will be credited to the bank account.

How do I get my refund for discounted items?

In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived of
and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as
store credit.

How do I get my refund for cash on delivery orders?

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered Email and WhatsApp number.
