Items can be returned within 5-7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

-Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate an exchange request within 5 days.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email our customer service team at info@bluemonkey.co.in with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

-Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds are not applicable; a store credit will be provided in such cases.

-Return & Exchange Handling Fee

To continue offering the best quality and service, a ₹120 handling fee will be applicable on all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
This helps us cover logistics, quality checks, and processing time.
